Location: Edinburgh Fountain Park FWC |
Contract: Permanent |
Hours: 16 hours per week (part‑time)

Salary: £29,045.12 – £39,241.28 OTE pro rata

As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, you will help members reach their fitness goals, deliver high‑quality sessions and inductions, and support the gym floor while growing your own Personal Training hours. This part‑time position offers clear career progression and opportunities to move into Wellbeing Lead and management roles.

• Provide access to Nuffield Health’s range of services for members
• Connect with and motivate members to achieve fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
• Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations, including personal best programmes and group training
• Carry out high‑quality inductions and general gym duties
• Utilise clear career progression pathways and pursue further training such as Les Mills instructor and other CPD opportunities

• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level (or higher)
• Natural communicator with strong listening, understanding, and explanation skills
