We’re looking for a hybrid Project Manager + Technical Lead to own delivery of advanced AI voice agents. This role blends client communication, scoping, and project coordination with hands‑on prompting, building, and integrations.

Your mission: make sure every agent we deliver feels natural, reliable, and creates a wow moment for clients.

Not a pure PM role – be ready to dive into builds, debug issues, and hold delivery partners accountable, while shaping timelines and keeping clients engaged.

• Own hands‑on work (35%): prompting, building flows, integrations, and ensuring natural agent output.
• Oversee coordination (20%): schedules, reporting, aligning technical + commercial.
• Provide scope estimates and contribute to tiered pricing/packages.
• Supervise delivery partners: review work, enforce quality, gate milestone payments.
• Maintain documentation, QA checklists, and internal best practices.

• 4–5 years in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or hybrid PM/engineering roles.
• Proven track record of API integrations and workflow automation.
• Tools:
  Retell AI,  (Integromat), n8n, VAPI, plus hands‑on experience with AI agent building and coding workflows (“vibe coding”).
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping 5–10 AI voice agents.
• Skilled in estimation, timelines, and running multiple projects at once.
• Comfortable managing remote delivery teams with strict QA standards.
• Able to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

• Independently runs 4–6 projects in parallel.
• Delivers agents that feel human, natural, and impress clients.
• Builds trust with clients through consistent communication.
• Establishes repeatable frameworks for prompting, QA, and handoffs.
• Reduces founder involvement by taking ownership of delivery.

• Full‑time, remote role.
• Required overlap:
  European hours + US mornings (until 1pm EST).
