About The Role

Are you ready to take the lead on exciting modular building projects? Join Balfour Beatty
, a trusted name in infrastructure, as an Operations Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering high-quality modular accommodation across our projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Supervise subcontractor workforce on-site
  • Deliver clear task and safety briefings
  • Implement risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold company values
  • Maintain strong relationships with site personnel
  • Monitor quality of modular building products and installations
  • Promote safety for all personnel and the public
Who we're looking for Essential
  • CSCS Supervisor/Manager’s card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Minimum 3 years’ site experience (ideally modular buildings)
  • Strong health & safety knowledge
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and record‑keeping skills
  • Ability to work away from home (overnight stays)
Desirable
  • CPCS Lift Supervisor/Appointed Person (Blue Card)
  • Slinger Signaller qualification
  • NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision
  • Additional trade skills (Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical)
