Why choose an apprenticeship with Had Fab?
Because we believe in unlocking potential. At Had Fab, we are passionate about recruiting driven, eager, and innovative individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of an apprenticeship and develop into highly skilled tradespeople.
As a growing company working in bespoke industries, we know that providing top-quality training isn’t just beneficial— it’s essential. We take pride in helping individuals achieve their career goals, setting them up for success in a hands‑on, rewarding profession.
We achieve this through a combination of classroom learning and onsite training, working closely with our learning providers to ensure apprentices receive the best education and support. Whether it’s through a Modern Apprenticeship, attending college to gain SVQ Levels 2 and 3 along with an NC, or a Mature Apprenticeship, achieving SVQ Levels 2 and 3 in‑house, we make sure every apprentice has the resources they need to succeed.
Apprentices work alongside highly skilled tradespeople who share their years of experience, providing hands‑on learning and mentorship. Regular one‑on‑one support, progress tracking, and constructive feedback ensure that every apprentice is guided throughout their journey.
