• Deliver both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Operate and maintain building services plant, including HVAC systems, to ensure optimal performance

• Carry out effective fault-finding and minor installation/refurbishment works as required

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance

• Participate in a standby/callout rota and support continuous plant efficiency improvements

• Undertake statutory inspections, ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and procedures

• Use CAFM systems to log, update, and communicate maintenance tasks and projects

• Apprentice trained in mechanical or multi-skilled engineering

• City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation (6188), Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187), or Building Services Engineering (6288)

• Educated to GCSE and A-Level standard (desirable)

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Strong skills in HVAC system maintenance and repair

• Familiarity with BMS systems and controls

• Pressure systems AP training/experience (advantageous – training can be provided)
