The AA is looking for a friendly, skilled mobile vehicle mechanic to deliver first‑class service to our customers at their homes or workplaces. You will conduct service inspections, provide on‑site repairs and breakdown cover, while receiving training and support to grow your career.

• Attend appointments to complete service inspections, breakdown repairs and on‑the‑spot fixes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnostics and solutions in an easy‑to‑understand way.
• Work independently or as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weathers.
• Serve as the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation, building customer confidence.

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with demonstrable workshop experience.
• Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Basic salary £37,306 plus OTE £44,000 (overtime paid at 1.5×).
