• Proven customer service skills – previous experience in a customer‑facing role is essential
• A professional, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in spoken and written English language
• Willingness to train and achieve necessary qualifications
• A proactive approach to ensuring safety and security

• Full training provided – no prior security experience required – First Aid and SIA training with support to gain your licence
