Site Based

As a Relief Security Officer, you’ll do more than protect people and property—you’ll play a visible and valued role in helping others feel secure and welcome.

You’ll be part of a professional, diverse team where no two days are the same. Whether you’re completing patrols, managing access points, or assisting visitors, your contribution will make a real difference.

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
• Carrying out routine safety and security patrols
• Monitoring access and ensuring site procedures are followed
• Supporting emergency procedures such as evacuations and incident response
• Remaining alert, reporting concerns, and helping prevent disruption
• Keeping accurate records, reports, and shift handovers

• A valid SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A customer‑focused, respectful approach
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends

• Experience in security, military, law enforcement, or a customer‑facing role
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and focused in different situations
