What you’ll be doing- Booking outbound meetings for clients through a multi‑channel approach (high‑volume cold calling, targeted emailing, Linked In outreach, networking and research)
- Building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
- Speaking directly with C‑suite leaders and senior decision‑makers across a wide range of industries – from startups to global enterprises
- Running discovery calls to uncover business challenges and strategic priorities
- Acting as the face of Engage Tech – delivering outstanding service and representing the brand with confidence and integrity
- You will work in an environment that allows continuous learning and growth, coached by world‑class sales leaders who are keen to see you succeed
- You’ll work directly with clients, owning parts of the sales process and gaining real commercial exposure
- You’ll interact with a variety of clients throughout your career, gaining exposure to different technology products and sales processes and becoming a specialist in multiple fields

- Fast‑tracked progression is on offer, with many SDRs seeing their first promotion to Senior SDR in under a year
