What you’ll be doing:

• Representing clients professionally in customer-facing settings
• Communicating confidently with new customers and building rapport
• Learning how to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Working towards achievable individual and team-based targets
• Developing transferable skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Taking part in daily coaching, training sessions, and ongoing support
