As Area Sales Manager, you’ll manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting‑edge dental equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. You’ll combine direct‑to‑practice sales with distributor enablement, providing product training, joint visits, and developing long‑term partnerships.

You’ll conduct site surveys, demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. The role involves extensive travel across Scotland, working remotely day‑to‑day, with occasional visits to the UK head office.

• Proven field sales experience (any B2B background considered)
• Experience managing your own territory and driving new business growth
• A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
