Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £12.25 per hour + monthly bonus

Hours:

40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working required.

• Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store.
• Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates.
• Spot opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques – typically 12 months at your own pace.
• Upon successful completion of training, progress to a Sales Executive position.
• Maintain a positive attitude aligned with our values:

• Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic).
• Previous customer service experience beneficial.
