Salary – £23,895 per annum (£12.85 per hour)

Hours – Part-time, 23 hours per week

Contract – Seasonal (from 23rd of March till 30th of September)

Location – Various Golf Courses

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Excellent, we are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant Welcome Hosts to join the golf team and work across our 6 wonderful courses.

• Meeting and greeting customers, pointing them in the right direction, creating a welcoming and fun environment, and helping them get the best experience in every visit.
• Responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in person, over the telephone, and by email in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards,leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Controlling the rentals of golf equipment, ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained.

• A vibrant, customer-focused personality with strong communication and listening skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Ability to connect with diverse people and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to learn and follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Basic understanding of technology and experience with point-of-sale systems.
