Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Customer Service Rep
The Bonaly Booking Administrator will be responsible to the Chair of Bonaly Scout Centre.
- Provide administrative support to the operation of Bonaly Scout Centre by processing customer enquiries for day visits, camping, residential visits and activities.
- Manage the online booking system to ensure the fees, invoices and emails are kept up-to-date.
- Create reservations and ensure that deposits are paid in a timely manner to confirm bookings.
- Update existing bookings to reflect changes of dates, numbers and cancellations where appropriate.
- Consult with the Site Managers on complex bookings and capacity issues.
- Create an evidence trail of each booking for use by the Duty Wardens.
- Liaise with Site Managers and Bonaly Service Team (BST) regularly on upcoming bookings.
- Ensure prompt payment of all outstanding fees.
- Ensure the safety and security of records maintained by Bonaly Scout Centre, and that they comply with appropriate legal requirements.
Based in a unique location in Scotland’s capital city and on the edge of the Pentland Hills Bonaly has just benefited from major investment and has:
- Two large camping fields that can accommodate up to 400 campers.
- Two residential buildings that can accommodate a total of 78 people, plus Ken’s Den a small ‘self contained village’ for 24 people.
- A range of Indoor and outdoor activities including a high ropes, low ropes, archery and self-led activities.

- Salary: £10,300 based on FTE £24,000
- Hours: Annualised 15 hours per week over a calendar year
