About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great service? H&T is looking for a Store Colleague to be the face of our leading pawnbroker and watch retail business.

Job Type: Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week
Flexibility:
Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required
Salary:
Starting rate £12.26 per hour (£23,907 per annum), increasing to £12.92 once full training has been completed.
Potential discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 per year based on key KPIs.

You don’t need experience in pawnbroking; a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
