Order Picker Shift

Join our team Fulfilment Team as a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator.

• The Start Date of employment will be:
  March 2026
• Full Time - 39 hours working 5 days including late evenings and alternate weekends.
• This role offers a salary starting from £27,541 per annum, final salary offer will be based on skills and experience.

• You work well in an environment that needs you to switch between tasks and plan ahead.
• You can prioritise and organise your own and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• You support the team both planning, coordinating and performing tasks for your areas of responsibility, within the agreed time with the customer in focus.
• You ensure all safety requirements, and operating procedures are met, securing proper training across the function.
• You will be responsible for fulfilling goals that support overall fulfilment operation and secure high standards in running operations.
• You will supervise the daily processes in your assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
• You will support the store as a Duty Responsible.
