This part‑time on‑site role of Beauty Consultant is based in Edinburgh. The Beauty Consultant will engage with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include demonstrating skincare and cosmetic products, advising on product usage, and ensuring an outstanding in‑store experience. The role also requires cultivating relationships with clients, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing sales area.

• Knowledge of cosmetology and skin care to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Proficiency in product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Guerlain’s products.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build strong client relationships and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Experience in retail sales to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
• A passion for beauty, luxury, and sustainability, along with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is an advantage.
