Overview

A market leading multi‑product retailer, specialising premium lifestyle and home products, is looking for a Retail Manager to run one of its multi‑million turnover flagship stores. The company’s people‑first approach puts customers and employees at the heart of everything it does, driving the highest levels of customer service and employee development. The role involves managing a large team to deliver superior service, drive commercial performance, and oversee training, performance and development.

Salary up to £37,000 inclusive of a performance‑related bonus. The role offers a work/life balance with a 3‑day on/3‑day off schedule, providing an extra 52 days off per year and reduced weekend work.
