We’re now looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the next chapter of our food story.

As Head Chef, you ll lead a passionate kitchen team with precision, pride, and creativity. You ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and maintaining the relaxed but polished food experience our guests love.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
• Lead on food quality, consistency, innovation, and presentation
• Mentor, coach, and support your team to develop and thrive
• Collaborate with the wider senior team on menu evolution
• Champion cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency every day

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading by example, bringing positive energy to service, and delivering honest, elevated food with care.
