Contract:

This is a casual, event-based role. Shifts will vary according to the stadium’s event schedule, including international rugby fixtures and live entertainment. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for upcoming shifts.

Pay: Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience)

• Prepare and serve Costa’s full range of hot and cold beverages to brand standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.
• Support the setup and pack-down of coffee stations before and after events.

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts.
• A genuine passion for great coffee and attention to detail.

Our Bars team specialises in complete bar services tailored to any event with a focus on driving revenue and volume whilst still upholding the highest standards. Presenting the ‘Perfect Serve’ experience with our partner brands such as Heineken UK, Moët & Chandon, Bacardi, ABinBev and Diageo. We pour over 150 types of spirits, cocktail combinations, champagne, lager and cider, and 6.2 million pints of beer every year so your customers never leave thirsty.

We provide high-quality bars services for events, including festival bars, concerts, stadiums and sporting venues. We have long-standing partnerships with some of the biggest names in the event industry, including Boomtown Fair, Victorious and We Are FSTVL, as well as concert and sporting venues, including London Stadium and Twickenham Stadium.
