What you'll be doing...

As a chef, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Following menu guidelines and recipes accurately
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Managing your own station and assisting the wider team when needed
• Maintaining stock levels and helping with prep work
• Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver efficient service
• Keeping calm and organised during busy service periods

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience working as a Chef (Chef de Partie, Sous, or similar)
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Reliability — turning up ready to go when it matters
• Passion for cooking and high‑quality food
