Role DetailsJob title:
Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison Edinburgh. Rate: £12.56 per hour basic pay + TRONC service charge.
Contract:
permanent full‑time, 40 hrs/week, morning and evening shifts. Free staff parking available.
Serve as the face of the restaurant and bar, controlling the flow of guests and communicating with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience. Work a range of shifts throughout the week and on celebrations that may require 7 days a week coverage.
Qualifications & ExperienceExperience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar, ready for the next step in your career. Strong people skills, love for food, wine and cocktails, and a no‑compromise approach to high service standards.
