An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join a well-established and growing lettings and property management business based in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the property sector, particularly within residential lettings, with full training and long‑term progression available.

Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you will support the day‑to‑day management of a residential lettings portfolio, including:

• Assisting with property inspections and check‑ins / check‑outs
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Supporting compliance, certifications and safety checks
• Handling general property management administration
• Developing knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice

• All relevant property qualifications fully paid for
• Structured training and ongoing support
