Client Manager, Estate Agency
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: Full-time

As Client Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive approach to sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and manage property viewings, ensuring properties are presented professionally and appointments run smoothly.
- Actively work with buyers to understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and trusted advice throughout the sales journey.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Handle buyer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, responding promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client and property records within the CRM system.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently.
- Provide feedback to sellers following viewings and advise on market conditions and buyer interest.
- Support the wider sales team to ensure targets and service standards are met.
- Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, or a customer-facing sales role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident negotiation skills and a commercially minded approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Competent with IT systems and CRM software.
