Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market, are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their Edinburgh office.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the Edinburgh or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in the Edinburgh office. Our client has a fantastic presence across the Edinburgh market and is looking for you to have a proven track record working within a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Be able to build rapport with buyers and sellers
- Work towards sales targets
- Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record of successful sales
- Knowledge of the Edinburgh or Scottish property market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

This role will pay up to a £30k basic salary.
