GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency in Edinburgh who are looking to add a Senior
Property Manager team based in Bruntsfield.

You will oversee the full rental cycle from start to finish while overseeing an expanding portfolio of residential properties across Edinburgh. As a Senior Property Manager you will streamline processes and ideally you will be solutions focussed and be have experience building and developing relationships with tenants and landlords.

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Conduct viewings, coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.

• Proven experience in property management, ideally 3+ years experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• A proactive approach and solutions focused.
• ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
