The Mission

Elevate your clinical practice to the highest standard of luxury healthcare. We are actively sourcing a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver bespoke, 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP client. This elite role allows you to practice pure, patient-focused medicine while sailing exclusively across the sun-drenched Mediterranean, with a cruising itinerary that includes the stunning coastlines of Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.

The

Team

Excellence requires expert collaboration. You will be joining an unparalleled, multidisciplinary clinical unit. The overarching medical strategy is directed by our Lead British Doctor, and you will work seamlessly alongside dedicated Physiotherapists and a highly skilled, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety

We never compromise on patient care or our clinical staff's well-being. A mandatory double-nurse shift system is permanently in place. This guarantees that you are fully supported at all hours, ensuring acute interventions can be managed safely and efficiently without the risk of solo-practitioner fatigue.

The Process

Understanding the busy schedules of top-tier ICU and ER nurses, our recruitment process is designed for discretion and convenience. The initial interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to connect with our medical directors directly from Edinburgh.

Requirements

Requirements To qualify for this premier maritime nursing role, professionals must present:

Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: 4+ years of recent, intensive Acute Care experience (Strictly ICU, ER, or A&E backgrounds).

Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Non-negotiable for seamless medical communication).

Attributes: A calm demeanor in high-pressure situations, absolute confidentiality, and a polished, professional presence.

Leave: 30 days of paid rotational leave.

Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters onboard the luxury vessel.

Expenses: Fully funded travel, uniforms, and living expenses.
