Role SummaryYou will work with The King’s Trust Outreach, Marketing and Customer Service teams to onboard, engage and support young people in our programmes. Your responsibilities include:
- Uncovering and removing barriers to enable young people to thrive, including travel, commitment and support needs.
- Providing one‑to‑one support and guidance to small groups of young people.
- Advocating for their learning and employability needs with employers and partners such as the Jobcentre.
- Co‑ordinating and delivering employability sessions, both face‑to‑face and via MS Teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of young people, volunteers and partners in line with funding contracts.
- Leading local actions to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in line with the Trust’s EDI goals.
- Occasionally deputising and wearing multiple hats as the role demands.
