** The Vacancy
** We’re looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our multinational team of supply chain and manufacturing professionals as a Junior Production Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to step into production and demand planning, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in supply chain operations.
Our commitment to you is to provide first-class training in the relevant tools and this dual-role, you’ll support both demand planning and production planning, helping ensure our products are delivered on time, to the right quality, and meet customer expectations. You’ll also develop your skills in SAP, Microsoft Office, and planning processes in a supportive and collaborative environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support the S&OP process by aligning historical demand with forecasts and maintaining accurate forward plans, including NPD and PIPO requirements.
* Assist in production planning, creating or adjusting orders and Kanban quantities as needed.
* Keep SAP data up-to-date to maintain planning accuracy.
* Respond promptly to queries on delivery dates, material availability, and production information.
* Help prepare and present manufacturing performance data for weekly and monthly reporting.
** Experience,
Skills & Qualifications
*** Experience in SAP (even basic knowledge is valuable) – willingness to learn is key.
* Experience in, or interest in, a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Positive, can-do attitude, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
