Audit Manager

Meraki Talent is working with a mid-tier firm of on the position of Audit Manager.

Our client is a well-known mid-tier firm offering bespoke accounting solutions to the local market. The firm has an incredibly rich history which spans 100+ years and is known for being the go-to firm for local businesses in the community.

An award-winning CA firm which punches above its weight in terms of client acquisition, pricing, and accessibility for clients.

As the Audit Manager you will oversee the auditing process, from planning to completion. This includes developing audit plans, assigning tasks, and reviewing the work of junior team members.

An audit manager ensures that the organization's financial records and systems are accurate, integrity, and compliant with the law. They also ensure that auditors follow the organization's rules and regulations.

Communicating audit findings to management and providing recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop audit plans and assess risks.

Provide a quality service to clients and deliver value added advice. Understand the client's industry and recognise key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.

We are keen to speak with individuals currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager grade within a reputable firm.

• Qualified CA or has equivalent experience
• 4 years' Audit experience
• Experience of managing a team of Audit staff
• Experienced Assistant Manager or Manager
