Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

• Proven experience in project management within the Renewables or Oil & Gas industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Experience in risk management and problem‑solving in complex project environments
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

• § Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management is desirable. However,
• minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects within offshore wind would be considered.
• § Strong understanding of offshore wind processes.
• § Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in high‑pressure, schedule‑driven environments.
• § Strong commercial awareness, contract management, and client‑facing skills.
• § Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making capabilities.
• § Knowledge of UK and international offshore regulatory frameworks, HSE practices, and quality systems.
• § Familiarity with client or regulatory quality requirements
