We are delighted to be working with this membership organisation to offer support with an urgent requirement for their office based on the north, west outskirts of Edinburgh.
Your new role
This is an ongoing temporary position where you will be managing every aspect of the workplace. This will include facilities, IT support and liaising with suppliers. This is a full time position offering hybrid working in line with the needs of the business.
Duties will include:
Facilities Management
Maintaining and updating IT Equipment
PA Support
Management of outsourced contracts
Implementation and streamlining of processes
Onboarding of staff and general HR support
Managing and ordering of supplies
Budget Management
What you'll need:
You will be an experienced and confident office manager with operations experience. You will be comfortable working in a varied role and in using your initiative to problem solve and make ongoing improvements
Work Pattern
This is a full time role working on a hybrid basis in line with the needs of the business.
