Assistant Store Manager Operations - Farmers Kilbirnie

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take on this senior leadership role in our Kilbirnie store. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, the expertise to manage systems and processes across the store environment and the desire to be part of a management team constantly striving for success.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Duty management of the store, driving a high performing sales culture
  • Championing world class customer service and coaching for performance
  • Management of the Loss Prevention team and functions
  • Management of Health & Safety processes
  • Stock Management and management of the store receiving team
  • Management of all administration processes
  • Recruitment, HR/ER functions and wage management
  • Adherence of internal audit processes

The successful candidate must have:

  • A strong focus on providing and driving exceptional customer service
  • The ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines
  • Previous experience using stock management and labour scheduling systems
  • Experience in motivating managers in a challenging and fast paced work environment
  • Experience in retail management in a large format fashion or homewares environment
