With stunning waterfront views, a relaxed all-day atmosphere, and a menu inspired by the best of local produce, Scotts South Queensferry is where warm hospitality meets effortless coastal dining.

From morning coffees by the water to sunset cocktails overlooking the marina, Scotts is at the heart of the local social scene and we are now looking for a General Manager to lead this much-loved venue into its next exciting chapter.

The Works As General Manager of Scotts South Queensferry, you will take full ownership of the venue,  leading with energy, inspiring your team, and delivering the outstanding service that makes Scotts a standout name in Scottish hospitality.

• Lead, motivate and develop a large, multi-skilled team across all operations   
• Ensure exceptional standards in service, food, safety and compliance are met   
• Drive commercial performance, efficiency and long-term growth   
• Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture   
• Uphold the Guest Experience through every interaction, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint
