Senior Product Consultant – Education (Product Consultancy)

Bec the leader of a high‑impact Product Consultancy function within Civica’s Education offering, leading a team delivering across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Consultants, driving performance and engagement
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of multiple products on time, within budget, and to standard
- Manage utilisation, forecasting, and contractual milestones to protect revenue
- Act as escalation point and enable problem‑solving across the team
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align delivery with commercial priorities
- Embed consistent processes, governance, and best practices across the team
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing consultancy or project teams
- Strong service delivery and project management background (PRINCE2 preferred)
- Experience managing budgets, utilisation, and contractual milestones
- Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with C‑suite executives
- Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Experience in Gov Tech or public sector delivery (Education a huge benefit)
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Commercial awareness with focus on maximising revenue and utilisation
- Proven ability to implement best‑practice delivery frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
