Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
Rate: 500 per day (via Umbrella Company)
Contract Length: 6 Months

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. You'll be accountable for one or more small to medium-sized projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope. This role involves planning, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance.

• Plan and manage project delivery using appropriate methodologies.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee resource allocation and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project processes.

• Proven experience in project management within financial services or similar environments.
• Strong planning, organizing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience coordinating teams and managing suppliers.
• Familiarity with risk and issue management, change control, and reporting.
