This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Edinburgh for a Property Services Manager. The role involves overseeing property maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The Property Services Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and delivering high‑quality service across multiple locations. Additional responsibilities include handling service requests, resolving maintenance issues, and leading teams toward operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong skills in property maintenance, facilities management, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and client relationship building
- Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Ability to manage service contracts, liaise with contractors, and oversee operational efficiency
- Exceptional problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in working with or managing maintenance teams is a plus
- Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with relevant legislative requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in property management, facilities management, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable
