Exterior Cleansing Operative (Part-Time, Permanent)

DS McG Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Exterior Cleansing Operative to join our growing team on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is based at commercial sites in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. With over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality services across Central Scotland, DS McG Ltd offers a stable and supportive working environment within a well-established and expanding company.

Days:
Monday to Saturday

Hours:

2.5 hours per day

Total: 15 hours per week

Worked all year round

• Litter picking shop frontages and associated landscaped areas
• Emptying on-site bins and replacing liners
• Sweeping and brushing shop frontages, including leaf clearance
• Removing weeds from hard surfaces and shrub beds
• Cleaning out of drains on site
• Reporting site issues such as trip hazards, damaged drains, or other defects

• Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Be able to work independently
• Take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments
• Have previous outdoor or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
