As a Forklift Operator (High Reach) at our Essington Distribution Centre, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. You’ll work as part of a collaborative and supportive logistics team to move, load, and store products with precision and care.

Daily tasks

• Both pallet and unit picking and packing using RF scanning and high-reach RC and RM forklifts for both warehouse and truck loading/unloading operations
• Working within a freezer/chiller environment
• Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools
• Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality, hazard, and risk issues to the relevant leadership teams

You will bring to this role

• Warehouse and/or Distribution experience or similar required
• Understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Work well independently, within a team environment
• Communicate well both written and verbally
• Showing commitment, reliability, and motivation
• Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
• Physically fit and repetitively lift 5kg-15kg
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, such as regular weekend work and public holidays
