We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sign & Graphics Installer to join our busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in signage, vinyl, and graphic installation who is eager to develop and grow within a supportive, owner‑led environment. The role involves working to high standards, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

• Install all types of internal and external signage, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Follow method statements and health & safety protocols rigorously.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and tidy condition.
• Interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues.
• Be flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends, overnight stays, and working away.
• Support management and production teams as needed.
• Assist in ongoing training and development.

• Proven experience in signage, vinyl, or graphics installation (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques and safe use of hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Confident working at heights and manual handling skills.
• Customer‑focused with a positive attitude.
• Full driving licence.
• CSCS, IPAF, and PASMA certificates are desirable.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and legislation.
• Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.

• Competitive salary (£27,500 – £35,200 per year)
