The role:You'll handle a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, providing an advisory service to clients including the technical aspects of purchase of a new property, and you'll be given the chance to truly get to know your clients to guide them throughout the purchase process. The team cover a range of property values including many of a higher value and also do some commercial property - small offices and shops, priding themselves on their knowledge of the local property market.

There's also potential to develop into a mixed caseload of Private Client and Conveyancing if that interests you.
