Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Position: Dispute Resolution Solicitor (Permanent)
Location: City of Edinburgh

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a leading Scottish firm who are seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate to join their highly respected Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Your work will include:

Advising clients on a wide range of commercial and property disputes, as well as inheritance and estate matters.
Managing a busy and varied caseload with autonomy and support where needed.
Appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, and assisting counsel in Court of Session matters.
Involvement with Land Court, tribunals, and inquiries.
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Qualified Solicitor experience within a dispute resolution or litigation setting.
Strong advocacy skills and confidence in court.
Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
