Senior Solicitor​/Associate – Contentious Construction

Overview

We are working with a leading Scottish law firm based in Edinburgh or Glasgow for a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join their Contentious Construction team.

• The successful candidate will join an innovative Contentious Construction team, advising on high-value disputes across construction, infrastructure and power projects. Clients include developers, contractors, and consultants, working on litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and other forms of ADR.
• You will manage your own matters with appropriate supervision, contributing to team strategy on major disputes, and working closely with senior lawyers.

• 1-7 years’ PQE;
• Contentious construction law background;
• Experience liaising with clients;
• Strong team player;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
