Senior Solicitor / Associate - Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Location: Edinburgh
Experience: 2-5 years PQE
Contract: Permanent, full-time (flexible hours considered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a leading Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on commercial and property disputes
, as well as inheritance and estate matters. You will gain exposure to Sheriff Court, Land Court, and Court of Session actions, alongside inquiry and tribunal work.

• Manage a busy and varied caseload, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Appear in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and assist counsel in higher courts.
• Supervise and mentor trainees.
• Stay up to date with legal developments and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support business development initiatives.
