We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a Tier 1 Offshore firm in Jersey, who are seeking an associate (NQ-2

PQE) to join their market‑leading Corporate team, with a strong emphasis on private equity and M&A. The team is widely recognised for its cross‑border capabilities and its market‑leading presence in financial services transactions.

The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of corporate specialists who regularly advise on complex M&A, private equity transactions, regulatory and competition matters, as well as AML issues. The team also handles cross‑border deals spanning multiple jurisdictions and sectors, including tech, natural resources and financial services, with a strong pipeline of high‑value work.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a dynamic, internationally focused practice and gain exposure to complex, high‑value multi‑jurisdictional mandates.
