• Analyse business requirements related to supply chain and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement ERP modules aligned with supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise system performance and resolve any operational issues.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end‑users to maximise system utilisation.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements within the ERP landscape.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user procedures to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience working with ERP systems, ideally within supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with ERP solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP modules or similar ERP platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non‑technical users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Desirable:
  Experience with system upgrades and process optimisation projects.
