This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT Support - 3rd Line professional to join a not-for-profit organisation on a temporary basis. The role is based in Edinburgh and involves delivering high-level technical support within the technology department.

Description
Provide 3rd line IT support to ensure optimal performance of systems and services.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Monitor system performance and address any potential issues proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.
Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Profile
A successful IT Support - 3rd Line should have:
Extensive experience in a 3rd line IT support role within the technology sector.
Strong technical knowledge of system infrastructure and network architecture.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Ability to work effectively in a temporary capacity within a not-for-profit environment.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
