Our solution is a world-first, with over 500 people across Australia and an expanding international team, we’re helping 20,000+ families into their homes each week.

We’re passionate about solving problems for our customers – always striving to set the standard for how property is bought and sold. Being awarded as one of the best places to work in Australia is a recognition of our culture and commitment to innovation, customers and our community.

We’re growing fast, that is where you come in.

We believe our success in Australia is worth sharing and that our proven technology will advance how the UK buys and sells homes.

Establishing ourselves within the UK in late 2020, we are committed to collaborating with lawyers, conveyancers, lenders, government and the property industry, to set the new standard for both remortgages and buying and selling property.

The role

As an experienced Client Delivery Manager
, you’ll play a pivotal role in our UK growth journey as we continue transforming the way property is transacted.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of our UK delivery function. You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams, international colleagues, lenders, law firms and third-party partners - ensuring programmes are governed effectively, releases are coordinated seamlessly, and customers experience a smooth and scalable onboarding journey.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and alignment across multiple concurrent programmes, helping us deliver brilliantly today while designing for scale tomorrow.

What You'll be Doing
  • Coordinating internal release planning across UK and international teams, ensuring all pre-release and release activities are managed and clearly communicated
  • Creating and managing delivery plans across a variety of internal programmes, keeping stakeholders aligned at every stage
  • Supporting customer implementation programmes across commercial, onboarding and go-live work streams
  • Acting as the primary governance interface for external stakeholders including lenders, conveyancers and third-party partners
  • Designing and implementing tailored onboarding and implementation strategies depending on customer size and complexity
  • Creating bespoke implementation plans covering initial go-live and future upgrades
  • Establishing and managing governance structures across internal and external work streams (including RAIDs and RACI frameworks)
  • Communicating progress, milestones and risks clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement across customer implementation methodology, with a focus on scalability
  • Supporting resource planning and upward reporting through overarching delivery plans

As we continue to grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence how we scale our internal and customer delivery management capabilities.

What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience in Delivery or Project/Implementation Management roles
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex and/or multiple concurrent programmes across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of programme governance frameworks and risk management
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle — from delivery to customer implementation and ongoing support
  • Experience working in Fin Tech (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft skills including MS Project (or equivalent)

You’ll also be:

  • An exceptional communicator — written, verbal and visual
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • Naturally collaborative, able to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and customer-first in your approach
  • A person of high integrity and reliability
