Become a Senior Project Manager for Bloomreach! You will be an essential member of our GIST group by building, planning, and owning multiple Security & IT projects overseen by the Program Lead. Our company provides the best digital experience for the top international e‑commerce companies. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space. You will work in our UK office or from home on a full‑time basis and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.

• Lead department projects from initiation to successful delivery, defining objectives, scope, estimates, and timelines.
• Develop and execute project strategies and plans, including tools and methods needed.
• Monitor progress and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track while addressing any stakeholder concerns.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including status reports and communications for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team subject matter experts to provide technical insights and resolve issues.
• Motivate and guide project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing leadership and solutions.
• Proactively handle pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using negotiation and interpersonal skills to maintain project momentum and foster collaboration.

• 5+ years of experience in managing large, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong understanding of waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and expectation management.
• Ability to multitask and successfully run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI‑ACP).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Click Up, Jira, Atlassian Suite).
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
