We’re partnering with an award-winning UK law firm that’s continuing to invest in its technology capability and is now looking to hire two Legal Innovation Specialists to support the delivery of innovative, tech-enabled legal services.

You’d join the firm’s innovation team, working at the heart of how technology is used to reshape legal service delivery. The role involves partnering closely with lawyers, clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement practical tech solutions that enhance everyday legal processes. It’s a mix of hands-on delivery and broader thinking around how technology and collaboration can drive meaningful change.

• Contributing to innovation initiatives that improve legal workflows and client collaboration.
• Turning legal and business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Supporting lawyers and legal teams in the use of tools and AI.
• Encouraging the adoption of automation, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools across the firm.
• Working alongside IT, project teams, and legal stakeholders to deliver change and improvements.
• Supporting knowledge sharing and innovation through internal sessions and wider engagement.

• Strong hands-on experience with legal technology tools (e.g. document automation, AI, workflow, or low-code platforms).
• Experience working within or closely with the legal sector, with a good understanding of how legal teams operate.
• Evidence of using technology to improve legal processes or service delivery.
• Confident working with stakeholders and contributing to innovation initiatives.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas into practical outcomes.
